Our camp was created for kids who love both sports and art, giving them a space where they don’t have to choose between the two. At Mind and Motion, we bring these passions together. While some kids lean more toward athletics and others toward creativity, many enjoy both — and that’s exactly who we’re here for.

Our camp was created for kids who love both sports and art, giving them a space where they don’t have to choose between the two. At Mind and Motion, we bring these passions together. While some kids lean more toward athletics and others toward creativity, many enjoy both — and that’s exactly who we’re here for.
Our art program challenges kids to grow as artists while equipping them with tools to express themselves through their own creations. In the gym, our inventive games keep kids active and let them burn off energy in fun, imaginative ways. We transform gymnastics mats into out-of-the-box adventures — from building massive forts on Fridays to creating “stepping-stones” for daring escapes from desert islands.

Our camps are organized into three-week segments for each school track. Each week offers something unique:
Our camps are organized into three-week segments for each school track. Each week offers something unique:
- Week 1: We welcome a guest speaker — someone who has pursued their passion in a chosen craft, such as a chef, musician, writer, or athlete. These visits are designed to inspire kids to see the value of following their own passions.
- Week 2: Field trip week! We’ll take the kids on an outing that connects with the theme of their track. Parents will receive details about the location and date before the track begins.
- Week 3: Inflatable Day! Always a favorite, this day is packed with active fun, with all inflatables set up indoors.
In addition to these special events, each week includes a weekly art project. Kids work on their projects throughout the week, exploring different mediums and developing new skills. Participation in these projects is encouraged, as they are an important part of the camp experience.
Sometimes, at the end of a track, there are a few extra days left over. These are called “Transition Weeks.” While they don’t include a weekly project or a special event, kids still get to enjoy all the fun activities and creative art experiences our camp offers.

Our staff is carefully selected for their creativity, playfulness, and knack for turning imagination into exciting challenges and meaningful conversations. Every camp counselor has a passion for creating art and inventing new, active games in the gym. In addition to their creativity, all staff members are CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for every camper.
